Job Description

A manufacturing company in Šalčininkai District produces plastic pellets and composites, and recycles industrial waste by shredding, sorting and preparing materials for reuse. The company is currently looking for pellet production operators who will supervise the production line and equipment, monitor process parameters (e.g. temperature), ensure smooth feeding of raw materials, and ensure smooth pouring and storage of the finished product. They will also keep the workplace tidy and complete simple documentation related to the products produced to ensure that production runs smoothly and safely.

The work schedule is rolling:
2 days 8.00-20.00; 2 days 20.00-8.00 and even 4 free days!

Requirements

Minimum technical knowledge and understanding of production processes;
Responsibility;
Motivation and willingness to work/earn;
Experience with production equipment;
Good physical fitness;
Experience with forklift trucks is an advantage.
