Temporary employment - why choose RETIVA?

Temporary employment has one main feature compared to a regular employment contract. It consists in the fact that the employee does not work in his/her direct job in the temporary employment company with which the employment contract is concluded, but in the Client's company (i.e., the company that has contacted Retiva for the need of employees), with which the employee is not bound by any contract at all.
In addition to the minimum terms and conditions of employment laid down in the Labour Code, the temporary employment contract also contains the following additional terms and conditions:
- Form and procedure for sending a temporary worker to work for a temporary work user;
- Form and procedure for the temporary worker's consent to work on secondment for the user of the temporary work;
- Procedures for the amount and payment of wages for work as a temporary agency worker and, where applicable, for periods between assignments as a temporary agency worker;
- Working time of a temporary worker.
„We are freeing employers from most of their administrative functions. The temporary employment company not only handles the worker's paperwork, but also pays the worker's salary every month. The company where the worker does his or her direct work provides all the tools needed for the job - a phone, a computer, a car. We even book the flight tickets if the employee is on a business trip.“, - says VDI representative. Temporary employment can last up to several years, depending on the agreement between the recruitment agency and the client. The absence of administrative hassles saves the client considerable time and financial costs.
