  1. PRIVACY POLICY<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    1. Retiva UAB (hereinafter referred to as the \u201eCompany\u201c or \"Retiva\") respects and understands the particular importance of the protection of your personal data, and therefore collects and processes only those of your personal data that are necessary for the performance of the Company's activities. The processing of personal data shall be lawful, transparent and fair, for predefined purposes and only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes. When processing personal data, we aim to ensure that it is accurate, secure, confidential, properly stored and protected.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
    2. When processing your personal data, we comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as \"GDPR\"), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as \"LPP\"), the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as \"LEC\"), as well as with the provisions of any other directly applicable legal acts governing the protection of personal data.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
    3. The following GDPR principles apply to the processing of personal data: purpose limitation (Processing of Data only for the purpose originally stated); data minimisation (Only as much Personal Data as necessary); lawfulness, fairness and transparency; accuracy; limitation of retention period (Only kept for as long as is necessary for the specific purpose); integrity and confidentiality; and the principle of accountability (The Controller shall provide evidence of compliance with its obligations).<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
    4. The Privacy Policy applies to all persons whose data is processed by Retiva.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

        1. GDPR<\/b> - Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC.         2. Personal data<\/b>\u00a0- any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, a personal identification number, location data and an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the natural person's physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
        3. Person<\/b> - any natural person whose Personal Data is processed (data subject), e.g. may be a Potential Candidate, Candidate, Temporary Employee, employee of the Administration or any other natural person.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
        4. Policy<\/b> - Retiva Group Personal Data Processing Policy.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
        5. Data recipient<\/b>\u00a0- the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to which the personal data are disclosed, whether or not to a third party.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
        6. Data Subject<\/b>\u00a0- the natural person whose personal data is collected on the Portal.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
        7. Submission of data<\/b>\u00a0- disclosure of personal data by transmission or otherwise making them available (except publication in the media).<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
        8. Data processing<\/b>\u00a0- any operation or sequence of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, sorting, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, access, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination with other data, restriction, erasure or destruction.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
        9. Data Processor<\/b>\u00a0- a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t

Data Controller<\/b>\u00a0- UAB \u201eRetiva\u201c, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, code 304850497, registered office at Til\u017e\u0117s g. 116, \u0160iauliai, LT-77160, the Republic of Lithuania, the data about which are collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

          1. <\/b>COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n \r\n

            1. \u00a0 We process your personal data received in the following ways:<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n1.1. When you provide them to us. You provide us with your personal data when you send us your CV, cover letters, apply for our job advertisements on job search portals, register on our websites, communicate with us by phone, email or in meetings, answer questionnaires, take assignments or tests, contact us through social networks (e.g, Facebook, Linkedin), by using the Facebook manager chat application integrated on the website, by sharing your success stories and by providing feedback about us. If you contact us in writing or electronically, we will save the details of the correspondence.<\/span> 1.2 When you use the websites we operate, certain information (such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the device you are using, the web browser you are using, the number of times you have visited our website, the pages you have viewed on our website, the amount of time you have spent on our website, the websites you have visited before you came to our website) is collected automatically.<\/span> 1.3. when we receive your personal data from other persons in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts and\/or this Privacy Policy.<\/span>\r\n

              1. \u00a0 \u00a0 We may combine the personal data we receive from you with data collected by us from other public or accessible sources. For example, we may combine the personal data you provide with data obtained through the use of cookies on websites, data collected in the course of providing our services to you, or with data lawfully obtained from third parties. In exercising your rights, you will always be able to request the rectification of erroneous personal data.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
              2. \u00a0 In exceptional cases, if special categories of Personal Data are processed, such as information on criminal records, health, trade union membership, etc., the Administration staff shall additionally check whether all the necessary steps have been taken and take additional steps (e.g. obtaining separate consent for processing) and measures (e.g. not storing in the Controller's database or in the applications used) where necessary.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
              3. PURPOSES AND GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n \r\n

                1. \u00a0 Your personal data is processed in accordance with the following main grounds for processing personal data set out in the GDPR:<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n1.1. for the performance of a contract or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;<\/span> 1.2. With the consent of the data subject;<\/span> 1.3 Where processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject;<\/span> 1.4 Where the processing of personal data is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of a third party.<\/span>\r\n

                  1. \u00a0 We process your personal data for the following purposes:<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n2.1.\u00a0<\/span>For the purpose of providing services.\u00a0<\/b>We process your personal data in order to provide our services to you and others: to find and select candidates who match our clients' needs, to assess the suitability of candidates for the job offered and to introduce candidates to employers or to recruit them within our company.<\/span> For this purpose, we process your personal data obtained from you (e.g. data provided by you in your CV, data collected during communication and other data necessary for your employment), collected through your use of our and other websites and\/or obtained from other persons (e.g. recommendations from current or former employers or acquaintances, recommendations from social networks, mass media, etc).<\/span> For this purpose, we provide or transfer your data to our partners and clients - employers who are looking for employees. Together with us, they will be the controllers of your personal data. We will not transfer more of your personal data to our clients than we process on the basis of this Privacy Policy. We have entered into agreements with our clients, under which both parties undertake to protect your personal data.<\/span> For this purpose, we process your data until the service is provided to you. If your personal data is processed in connection with the provision of services to other persons, with your consent, we will process your personal data for a period of 3 years from the date of receipt of your consent.<\/span> As part of our services, we may, with your consent, carry out assessments and testing of you (the candidate) and film the assessments and testing. The video recordings and the results of the assessments\/tests may be shared with our client who has requested the specific selection.<\/span> You have the right to view video recordings, test results, assessment results, and to request that a video be recorded on digital media.<\/span> We will process video recordings, test results, assessment results for the duration of a specific selection or, with your consent, for the purpose of administering the candidate database for a longer period of time as specified in this Privacy Policy. If we determine that there is reason to believe that a video recording contains evidence of a crime or other unlawful act or an internal investigation has been opened, the video recording will be retained until the conclusion of the relevant investigation and\/or proceeding.<\/span> 2.2.\u00a0<\/span>For the purpose of administering the candidate database.\u00a0<\/b>After the end of the specific selection process for which you have provided your data, we process your personal data with your consent in order to offer you future job and career opportunities, to find and select candidates who match the needs of our clients, to assess the suitability of the candidates for the job offered and to present the candidates to employers.<\/span> For this purpose, we process the same personal data as for the purpose of providing the services, provide it to the same persons and keep it for 3 years after obtaining your consent.<\/span> 2.3 We also process the personal data of the person you recommend\u00a0<\/span>for the purpose of selection for a job offered by us or our partners, and your (the recommender's) personal data for the purpose of administering the bonus for the recommended person.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span> For this purpose, we process the following personal data of the recommender: name, surname, telephone number, email address, work experience, qualities, talents, other information provided; personal data of the recommender: name, surname, telephone number, email address, data necessary for the payment of the prize, the IP address of the server that sent the email, the IP address of the device from which the email was sent, the source of the data (from where the data was obtained, the name of the source, the date on which it was received, and the person that entered it).<\/span> We will process the data of the recommended person for 3 years from the date of consent. We will process the personal data of the recommender during the selection process of the recommended person (if the recommended person is not recruited) or for 3 years after the payment of the bonus (if the recommended person is recruited).<\/span> Retiva may transfer the personal data of the recommended person that you have provided for the purpose of selection for a job offered by Retiva and\/or its partners to potential employers around the world, including those located in countries whose legislation does not ensure the level of legal protection of personal data in Lithuania. When personal data is transferred to a recipient in such a country, Retiva and the recipient of the personal data will apply appropriate safeguards to protect the personal data against unlawful processing. We may also transfer the personal data referred to in the consent to the minimum extent necessary to a third party providing services to Retiva, including legal, tax, business or personnel administration, accounting advisors and competent state authorities as provided by law.<\/span> \u00a02.4.\u00a0<\/span>For the purpose of service quality control<\/b>\u00a0(recording telephone conversations) When you call us or we contact you, we record our conversation in order to ensure the quality of our service and to monitor our service delivery.\u00a0<\/span> For this purpose, we process the following personal data: your name, surname, telephone number; the recording of the telephone conversation (the data provided during the conversation), the date and time of the telephone conversation, and the name of the person advising you;<\/span> For this purpose, we obtain your personal data from you or generate it when you use our services.<\/span> For this purpose, we keep your data for 1 year.<\/span> 2.5.\u00a0<\/span>To administer staff work activities.\u00a0<\/b>To the extent that we are obliged or permitted to do so by law, we process the personal data of our employees in accordance with our internal rules.<\/span> 2.6.\u00a0<\/span>To improve the websites we manage and to offer you a better and more tailored service.\u00a0<\/b>We use your personal data, including the personal data we receive when you use our websites, to improve and develop these websites and to offer you better and more personalised services. For this purpose, we use the personal data we receive from you, the personal data we receive from you when you use our websites and the personal data we receive from others.<\/span> 2.7.\u00a0<\/span>For direct marketing purposes.\u00a0<\/b>We process your personal data with your consent in order to offer you our services, those of our affiliates and partners, and to improve our services.<\/span> For this purpose, we process name, surname, telephone number, email address; data of visitors to websites operated by the Company and third parties in connection with the use of such websites.<\/span> For this purpose, we will process your data for 3 years from the date of your consent.<\/span> 2.8.\u00a0<\/span>For face-to-face communication and to improve service quality.<\/b>\u00a0For this purpose, we process your personal data that you provide when you contact us via the Facebook manager chat application, leave a review about us or share your success story in the feedback section of the website. For this purpose, we process your personal data such as: your email address, your name on Facebook, the text of the testimonial, the text of the success story, the text of the request.<\/span> For this purpose, we process your data for 1 month from the beginning of the correspondence.<\/span>\r\n

                    1. \u00a0 Where your personal data is processed with your consent, your personal data shall no longer be processed after you have withdrawn your consent or after the expiry of the term of validity of your consent, except for the storage of data evidencing that consent has been given for a maximum period of 10 (ten) years for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending our legal claims.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
                    2. \u00a0 We do not process your personal data for any other purposes that are incompatible with the purposes listed above.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n \r\n
