One of the leading recruitment and staffing solutions companies in Lithuania is looking for a Recruitment Manager. This is a position for someone who is creative, enjoys communicating with people and speaks fluent Russian or English.
Job functions:
🔸 Recruitment, selection and interviewing;
🔸 Creating and publishing ads on various platforms;
🔸 Database management and administration;
🔸 Attending job fairs, meetings, presentations and other events;
🔸 Administration of recruitment documents.
Opening hours. V 8.00-16.30.

Requirements
- In English;
- In Russian;
- Organisational skills;
- Ability to feel at ease in front of the camera;;
- Ability to manage large information flows and work as part of a team;;
- Communicative, excellent public speaking and negotiation skills;;
- Similar work experience is an advantage.
