„Retiva Academy”
„Retiva Academy is a Retiva UAB project, launched in 2023, for school and vocational school leavers, final year university students and graduates looking for job and internship opportunities.
The teams of recruitment, marketing and communication specialists have joined forces to prepare an educational lecture for future labour market participants, which is open to graduates, students and alumni of all educational institutions, as well as young visitors to career centres who are interested in job search.

Educational lectures are freeThe lectures are organised free of charge throughout Lithuania: in educational institutions or at the office of UAB Retiva at Išradėjų g. 11A, Šiauliai.

Organisation
Meetings are organised on weekdays, during working hours, depending on the availability and accessibility of Retiva's specialists.
During the educational lecture of the Retiva Academy:
- We'll talk about what employers were like decades ago, what they are like now and how their attitudes towards employees have changed.
- We introduce you to cases where looking for work can be dangerous.
- Here are the most important „competitive advantage“ rules to help you stand out from others with similar experience, education and skills.
- We'll tell you about the synergies between personal social networks and job search.
- Introducing internship opportunities in Lithuania and abroad.
